Are you the People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator we need in our Global Services and Partnership Unit? Join us in building a healthy, equitable and empowering work environment across Greenpeace.

In this key support role, you will be the backbone of our global P&C team: coordinating projects, facilitating internal communication, managing information flow, and supporting our network of National and Regional Organisations (NROs). You’ll be the connective tissue helping people, systems, and initiatives thrive—centering justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and safety (JEDIS) in everything we do.

The person we’re looking for is  detail-oriented, collaborative and proactive. Someone  who can manage multiple priorities with professionalism, empathy, and care. If you  believe in the power of people, culture, and organisational wellbeing to create systemic change—this role is for you.

The Global Services and Partnerships (GSP) team provides cross-cutting services to Greenpeace’s global network. It acts as a partner to the HR Directors and teams in the NROs, providing advice, resources, and coordination. In doing so, GSP ensures the continuous strengthening and alignment of the network, particularly in the areas of People and Culture. We deliver work in three functions: Network Relationships,  P&C Specialists and Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Safety.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate and track projects within the P&C Department, ensuring timely responses to internal requests and the smooth flow of information and professional communication between GPI and NROs.

  • Maintain internal information systems and project documentation so that project documents and updates are easily accessible.

  • Coordinate communications and engagement activities, including managing community-of-practice groups and engagement journeys.

  • Manage internal communications, department meetings, calendars, and engagement initiatives.

  • Facilitate training and skillshares, liaising across 25 organisations to ensure high-quality support.

  • Foster relationships and collaboration across internal stakeholders to advance P&C initiatives.

  • Contribute to Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning activities to capture lessons learned and support continual improvement.

  • Champion our JEDIS principles, embodying and advocating for inclusive, equitable, and collaborative ways of working.

  • Provide general administrative support to the wider P&C team.
